At Klarity, ophthalmologists have the freedom and independence to practice medicine as if they were in their own private practice. They are freed from all the tasks that can take them away from medicine, such as administration, human resources management, rent and utilities.

In our Klarity centers, we make a point of delegating work in order to gain in efficiency and time. This allows us to distribute this value creation to ophthalmologists.

We recruit teams, organize schedules and manage administration (invoicing, remote transmission, URSSAF, rejections).

To make life easier for our riders, we have also set up a concierge service.

On the medical front

Our priority: medical care first! At Klarity, a team is dedicated to welcoming and integrating you into our center. This team aims to lighten your daily routine: 2 orthoptists and 1 medical secretary for 1 ophthalmologist.

At Klarity, you'll have the opportunity to expand your patient base, raise your profile locally with patients and doctors, and partner with local clinics to operate on screened cases yourself.

In our ophthalmology center, you'll manage your own quotation and issue your own prescription, without being overcharged. Good to know: at Klarity, every patient sees an ophthalmologist.

Finally, regular exchanges between ophthalmologists will be possible during seminars and training courses.

In practical terms

Thanks to Klarity's optimized organization, you can earn a high fixed daily salary.

You can choose your own rhythm, adapted - if necessary - to your main activity: your daily working hours, the number of days per week or per month (CDI / CDD from one day per month) and the number of patients you wish to see per day.
