Each Center is equipped with a computer system designed to :
- manage patient files,
- manage medical files and edit prescriptions,
- manage individual care records,
- draw up and electronically transmit medical claims forms to social security funds,
- send letters to colleagues keep accounts and,
- carry out statistical studies for internal use.
The information collected on behalf of a Center, which is requested from the User and which is gathered during the User's consultation, will be subject, unless the User has justified opposition, to a computer record reserved for the use of this Center. Any doctor designated by the User may also consult the User's entire medical file. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, amended in 2004, the User has the right to access and rectify any information concerning him/her, by contacting the head office of the Center concerned. Users may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning them. Users may also request the deletion of their personal data. This does not apply to data stored for administrative, legal or security purposes.
